About Valley Roofing

Valley Roofing is a locally owned and operated business that is determined to satisfy all your roofing needs. We offer everything from a basic shingle roof, to a custom roof that will enhance your property value, and make your home stand out in your neighborhood.

History

Valley Roofing was started in 2003 to fill a need in the Harrisonburg area for a high quality shingle roofing company. Our reputation of quality, dependability and speed spread and for the next three years we completed twice the number of roofs as the preceding year. In 2005, we began offering our services to existing home owners as well as the new home contractors we had been serving.

In 2007, we moved to our present location on South Valley Pike and continued to grow, completing over 250 roofs, and reaching Page, Shenandoah, and Augusta counties. In 2008 we qualified to become a GAF/Elk Master Elite Installer which continues our desire of providing superior quality roofing to the Shenandoah Valley for years to come.

Qualifications

Valley Roofing is a Virginia State Class A licensed roofing contractor. We carry liability and worker's compensation insurance for your protection. We are also a GAF/Elk Master Elite contractor. Few roofing companies achieve the Master Elite class, and it  represents our desire to remain at the top of our industry in services and products. Under requirements of the Master Elite program, our foremen, estimator, and installers are certified in GAF/Elk's installation methods.

Warranties

Valley Roofing offers several different levels of warranties. All installed GAF/Elk roofs come with a two year workmanship warranty, as well as GAF/Elk's System's Plus Warranty, which offers a minimum of 20 years full replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. As a Master Elite contractor, we also offer the GAF/Elk Golden Pledge Warranty. This Warranty adds 20 years of workmanship coverage to the already stellar material guarantee of the Systems Plus warranty. And, it is backed by GAF/Elk, a Genuine American company since 1889, and the largest shingle company in the nation.
